Jasmine is an experienced public relations professional with a knack for media relations, content development and social media strategy, with the intent of empowering clients, driving change and building meaningful relationships. At AMF, she works with a diverse roster of clients including Alameda Health System, Armanino, the city of Concord, FivePoint and Satellite Healthcare. Prior to joining AMF, Jasmine spent her time in Washington, D.C. working in communications for the public broadcasting station WETA and at the strategic communications and government affairs firm the Glover Park Group.

Michael Clinebell

Senior Director, Content Services

Mike is an experienced communications leader who has worked in corporate communications, public relations and journalism. He has led accounts for numerous well-known companies, including Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California, Muir Medical Group IPA, Hewlett- Packard, and Jamba Juice. Prior to joining AMF, Mike worked as an English instructor and later spent a decade as a journalist. He worked as Business Editor at the Reno Gazette-Journal in Nevada and Assistant Editor for the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, where he oversaw clean technology and venture capital coverage.

Dave Cowan

Dave is a seasoned editor, writer and journalist with extensive experience at the Carolinas’ largest newspaper, the award-winning Charlotte (N.C.) Observer, where he specialized in community news and features. At AMF, he is a versatile writer and skilled copyeditor who has worked for a diverse range of clients on a variety of projects, with a strong focus on meeting the client’s individual needs.

With more than five years experience in account services, Tia excels in project management, strategy and execution. She prides herself on her ability to deliver superb creative on-time and on-budget, and works closely with clients to understand their goals and determine the best paths to success. Jeffery is a seasoned East Coast media-West Coast advertising sales veteran who delivers results in rapidly changing environments with vision, organization and clarity. Clients have ranged from Nestle´s Carnation, to U-Haul, Sprint, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, Mazda, Infiniti, Schwab, Kaiser and Microsoft. Jeffery founded a personal and business coaching firm and acted in his own filmmaking company. He is widely traveled in Latin America and SE Asia and has worked with publications including Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, Women.com, Newsweek, Harper’s, and The New Yorker.

Joe Denneny

Research Manager

Joe is a market research and insights professional with extensive experience in all aspects and methodologies of marketing research. At AMF, he is responsible for the management of data collection (in-person, phone, online, mobile) and contracts, and coordinates with the top research suppliers in the country to assure valid, reliable and actionable research findings. Before joining the AMF team, Joe was research director/ manager for Knight Ridder, Pulitzer Publishing Co., and Scarborough Research. He has served as adjunct professor of business at The University of North Carolina – Charlotte and Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Sheetal is a broadly experienced recruiter well-versed in matching candidates and companies in Silicon Valley, the Bay Area and beyond, and is skilled in cultivating relationships with top talent in a constantly changing environment. She is an advanced LinkedIn user with expertise in all online recruiting platforms and is a valued resource among candidates looking to advance their careers. Sheetal has worked in three different countries with companies including Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Montgomery Professional Services, Urpan Tech and Deutsche Post DHL.

Before founding AMF Media Group, Vintage built a record of developing and growing companies to profitability and significant, sustainable growth. As CEO and publisher of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, he led the publication to its largest revenue growth in nearly a decade. In 2013 he was recognized for his philanthropic work by being honored as Citizen of the Year by the Bay Area Leadership Foundation, a nonprofit helping disadvantaged youth attend college.

Galina is a creative and passionate storyteller who uses video to create meaningful and engaging content. As the agency’s senior video producer, her role is to turn concepts imagined by clients and our team into compelling narrative videos. She has an extensive portfolio that includes television commercials, internal corporate communications, short films and company profiles. Galina has worked with a variety of clients including Alameda Health System, Blue Shield, Kern Medical, Jamba Juice, Armanino and Intersect Capital.

BRENDA GUNDERSON

Brenda develops and executes top-notch strategic marketing campaigns for leading brands. Her extensive experience includes work with national brands such as Safeway – where she played a vital role in the rebranding campaign “Ingredients for Life” and led their consumer marketing and communications programs – and Procter & Gamble, Crayola, R.J. Reynolds, Jamba Juice, and Shape magazine.

LARRY HANCOCK 

Vice President

Larry has nearly two decades of brand experience, having created and implemented highly profitable marketing programs for national, regional and retail clients. He’s done so through integrated marketing channels including traditional, digital, direct, experiential and promotions. His client portfolio includes such brands as Bank of America, Cingular, Disney, Frito-Lay, GM and Pacific Bell. Prior to joining AMF, Larry was with OTR Consulting and served as Group Account Director for Carol H. Williams Advertising. He was the youngest SVP in the Williams agency’s history.

OSHI JAUCO 

Group Account Director

Oshi has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. She believes in working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their visions come to life. Her engaging creative work, from brochures and one-sheets to events and video, has earned her several Addy Awards and Summit Awards. During her time with Children Now, she produced an anti-violence campaign launched at the White House. She has worked with clients such as the Transamerica Pyramid Center, Signature Properties, KB Homes and Cost Plus World Market, where her direct mail campaign resulted in a six percent ROI.

JOE LOPEZ 

Creative Director

Joe has built a reputation of award-winning creativity in a 20-year professional career that’s led him to some of the nation’s largest agencies, including BBDO, FCB and Doner Company. Along the way, he has let his results tell the tale – like his California initiative for RAM trucks that propelled a 55 percent jump in sales. A national truck month campaign for the same brand produced a 45 percent jump in sales. And his work on EA’s Battlefield 4 video game produced 30 million online views. Joe’s work has been profiled in national publications including Advertising Age and Car and Driver among others.

DEBRA MARTIN

Events Coordinator

Debra is a seasoned event planner with experience in both the corporate and non-profit communities. Previously she has worked with Nordstrom and Target, as well as various East Bay churches, including FourSquare Church, Walnut Creek Church of Christ and Valley Christian. At AMF she has helped coordinate events for Alameda Health System, Impact Teen Drivers, Kern Medical, as well as assisted in photos and videos for many other clients. She also manages the in-house AMF events.

KYLE MCGUIRE 

Senior Account Executive, PR

Kyle has deep experience in media relations and developing contributed content. His role at AMF also includes executing public relations strategies, executive messaging and employee communications. Ultimately, he shapes clients’ stories to meet their business objectives. Kyle has worked with a diverse lineup of clients including Alameda Health System, Kern Medical, Good Samaritan Hospital, the city of Concord, AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah and Sega.

ROBERT MOORING

Video Lead

Robert’s varied background includes work as a writer, editor and producer. He has used his skills as a filmmaker, climber, and backcountry skier all over the world. His projects include the giant-screen IMAX film “Cuba,” “Yosemite Wild,” “San Francisco Flow” for Samsung and Sony, and the 3-D rock-climbing short “Blade Walker” for NBC Universal. He holds BA degrees in Philosophy and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley and was a Regents Scholar.

CAITIE NOLAN 

Account Supervisor, PR

Caitie creates PR strategies that maximize reputation and brand awareness for clients. She joined the agency from MSLGROUP, where she led account teams for brands such as Breg, First Databank, Practice Fusion, GE Healthcare, Bard Peripheral Vascular and Heathline. At AMF, Caitie advises clients using a holistic approach that includes media relations, social media, events and thought leadership opportunities.

TANYA QUIJALVO

Graphic Designer

Tanya, who specializes in print media, has worked for the magazines Drum!, Traps, and Sports Afield. She has designed for a diverse roster including Safeway, Disney Movie Club, The Wine Group, PG&E, Transamerica Pyramid, Avery Dennison Co., B/S/H Bosch and Siemens. Tanya’s range of experience spans production, package design, entertainment graphics, advertising and identity design. She studied advertising, studio art and graphic design at San Jose State University and holds a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton.

PEGGY SPEAR

Editorial Director

Peggy is an award-winning writer and editor with nearly 20 years of experience in newspaper and magazine production. She also has extensive online content and custom publishing knowledge, guided by a creative spirit and deep sense of professionalism. She has specialized in community coverage – hard news, government and features – and parenting journalism, with personal experience as a mother of three. Peggy at various times managed editorial content for six community weeklies and produced the Bay Area’s two main parenting magazines – Bay Area Parent and Parents Press. She also wrote extensively for the San Francisco Chronicle’s Special Sections department. At AMF, she oversees magazine and website content.

SAL TAJ

Account Executive

Sal is an energetic account planner and strategist with expertise in copywriting, social media, community management, social listening, and trends and insights. He holds a BFA in Advertising-Creative Strategy from Academy of Art University and has worked with clients including Jack Daniels, Modelo, Finlandia Vodka, and Hornitos Tequila, and the events Sunday Streets and Maker Faire. Sal is tri-lingual and a classically trained vocalist whose interests include psychology and the outdoors.

Carrie Weiss

Senior Account Executive, PR

Carrie specializes in media relations and gaining earned media for clients. She has six years of experience at Ogilvy Public Relations, where she worked on a host of tech accounts including Intel, and at Racepoint Global, where she worked with Michigan Economic Development Corp. among others. At AMF, she’s handling media relations, social media, media plans and auditing, contributed articles, briefing books and a host of other PR services to clients. “Securing positive earned media coverage takes long and hard work, but there’s nothing better than the reward of amplifying brand awareness and client satisfaction.”

EMILY WESTERGAARD

Account Executive

Emily has managed marketing campaigns for more than a decade in verticals as diverse as media companies and health care nonprofits. Her wide breadth of expertise in the digital space means she knows how to leverage the tools of the trade in a web campaign, including content management, analytics, audience engagement and advertising buys. At AMF, she is responsible for trafficking the production of all marketing and advertising projects for a diverse set of clients. Previously, Emily has been involved in a variety of marketing campaigns and creative projects for the Arthritis Foundation, Metro Newspapers, Inc. and Renaissance Publications, Inc.

ALYSSA WOODY

Office Administrator / Finance Clerk

Alyssa has a background in administration and finance. She came to Armanino after eight years at Mohler Nixon & Williams, where she worked with their accounting and consulting practice. At Armanino she worked with one of the largest California-based CPA and consulting firms, along with other clients. At AMF, she oversees all the administrative functions in the office. She directly handles all financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, client contact services and outside vendors, contributes leadership within the organization, and provides additional support to CEO Vintage Foster.

SHONIMA ZUTSHI

Account Supervisor

Shonima brings more than a decade of experience in marketing management for a variety of industry verticals, from household consumer products and finance to health care and pharmaceuticals. Her range of expertise runs deep across strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, consumer research, creative production, analytics and website and mobile application development. Before joining AMF, Shonima led teams at H&L Partners and Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where she worked with heavy hitters such as University of Southern California, Keck Medicine of USC, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Adobe, HP, PepsiCo, Chevrolet and Frito-Lay.
