Fun, Fitness and Health – Plus Caring and Sharing

The Bay Club wanted to attract more families and young professionals to enjoy its health and fitness features, tennis and golf courses, and world-class hospitality services in the Bay Area and Southern California. And it wanted to project the athletic and active social lifestyles it epitomizes as a “21st Century Country Club,” while doing some good in the community.

AMF Media Group, with its wide-ranging familiarity with the regions, was ideally suited to portray the Bay Club’s unique offerings to suburban and downtown clientele alike. AMF is equally skilled in promoting worthy causes with techniques that get results.

A visually exciting and deftly assembled direct mailing campaign was the vehicle for the Bay Club’s offering of free three-day passes while promoting its Season of Giving in support of community clothing, food bank and toy drives.  The 6×9 postcards – one targeting families in Northern California and the other aimed at fitness enthusiasts in Southern California – announced that “Fall is in Full Swing” to capture seasonal interest.

When the mailers hit, with, they generated more than 400 leads, a strong above-average showing for a sports and fitness club catering to an upscale clientele. And the community support brightened the holidays for many folks in need.
