Top 25 public accounting firm Armanino LLP planned to combine with a mid-sized Dallas-based firm, TravisWolff.  The move would give Armanino new opportunities in one of the fastest growing economies in the nation and strengthen its position as an innovative accounting firm. Deals like this move quickly and Armanino needed a strategic partner who could efficiently create a message and get the news out to all its audiences, internally and externally.  They looked to AMF Media Group, who has a reputation of success in time sensitive multi-disciplinary campaigns.

AMF sprung into action, crafting the right message for the firms to share with employees through a talk-show style interview video, a live event with Armanino’s managing partner and talking points prepared to address employees and clients. The project culminated with AMF tapping into its relationships with media figures to garner coverage in key industry and regional publications announcing the agreement.
