Craig has more than 30 years of experience in media planning and delivery. Before joining AMF, he was CEO and chief technology officer of NichePlus Digital, one of the first digital agencies to introduce programmatic to the western Canada market. He has run successful magazine, newspaper and digital agency entities, and has held senior sales and marketing roles with Yellow Pages Group. Craig is a Certified Programmatic Trader and oversees all programmatic optimization, implementation and business development.

KAYLA CASH

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, PR

Kayla is a content guru with diverse experience in media and news writing. She joined AMF after producing online, print and broadcast content in local television newsrooms for 3.5 years, where she won titles in Best Website – TV, Website Excellence and Best Social Media. She’s written and produced extensive coverage on harrowing natural disasters that have rifted California’s history, such as the Thomas Fire and the subsequent Montecito Mudslides, during her time at KSBY-TV. At AMF, she will be executing an array of PR campaigns from the San Luis Obispo office. 

Maria Chugunova

Digital Marketing Manager

Maria has more than 10 years of experience driving business impact through integrated campaigns that achieve brand awareness, leads and conversion while positioning clients as leaders in their industries. She is responsible for managing the digital team and advising on client strategy, as well as daily management of client campaigns from inventory optimization and reporting to creative scheduling and placement. Maria is an experienced digital marketing manager with a background in a variety of sectors, and is highly versed in platforms such as real time bidding, PPC, branding, blogger/media outreach and social media.

Michael Clinebell

Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives

Mike is an experienced communications leader who has worked in corporate communications, public relations and journalism. He has led accounts for numerous well-known companies, including Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California, Muir Medical Group IPA, Hewlett- Packard, and Jamba Juice. Prior to joining AMF, Mike worked as an English instructor and later spent a decade as a journalist. He worked as Business Editor at the Reno Gazette-Journal in Nevada and Assistant Editor for the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, where he oversaw clean technology and venture capital coverage.

DAVE COX

Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Dave has an extensive background in broadcast management as well as three decades of experience with Barnett Cox & Associates, an award-winning PR and marketing agency that he co-founded with his wife, Maggie Cox. Dave has assisted clients such as Chevron, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Target, as well as led successful strategies for countless ballot initiatives throughout California’s central coast. Before launching BCA in 1989, Dave was president and general manager of KSBY-TV. For their extensive volunteer work, Dave and Maggie have been named San Luis Obispo Citizens of the Year.

MAGGIE COX

Market President, Central California

Maggie is an expert in public relations, government relations, community organizing and advertising. Her clients include Hearst Corporation, Target, Chevron and Tenet Health. Maggie’s strength lies in her direct relationship with clients. Before joining AMF, she was president and CEO of Barnett Cox & Associates, an award-winning PR and marketing agency that she co-founded with her husband, Dave Cox in 1989. Earlier in her career, Maggie worked in television in San Francisco, Sacramento and Monterey. For their extensive volunteer work, Maggie and Dave have been named San Luis Obispo Citizens of the Year.

Tom Cuddy

Account Supervisor, PR

Tom is an award-winning communications professional who brings to the table more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated, strategic communications programs that focus on delivering measurable business results. He has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries such as utilities, energy, manufacturing, government and consumer goods. Prior to joining AMF, Tom led communications teams at Pacific Gas & Electric Company, NiSource Inc. and Burson-Marsteller.

With more than five years experience in account services, Tia excels in project management, strategy and execution. She prides herself on her ability to deliver superb creative on-time and on-budget, and works closely with clients to understand their goals and determine the best paths to success. At AMF, she has been working on Alameda Health System, Blue Shield and AAA.

Denee DeForest

Finance Assistant & Office Admin

Denee provides administration and finance assistance for all operational functions, including new client setup and invoicing. She has extensive administrative and project management experience in construction and real estate, including with Tierra de Vida, Lighting Zone, Diamond Resorts International and Magid Masonry.

Joe Denneny

Research Director

Joe is a market research and insights professional with extensive experience in all aspects and methodologies of marketing research. At AMF, he is responsible for the management of data collection (in-person, phone, online, mobile) and contracts, and coordinates with the top research suppliers in the country to assure valid, reliable and actionable research findings. Before joining the AMF team, Joe was research director/ manager for Knight Ridder, Pulitzer Publishing Co., and Scarborough Research. He has served as adjunct professor of business at The University of North Carolina – Charlotte and Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Sheetal is a broadly experienced recruiter well-versed in matching candidates and companies in Silicon Valley, the Bay Area and beyond, and is skilled in cultivating relationships with top talent in a constantly changing environment. She is an advanced LinkedIn user with expertise in all online recruiting platforms and is a valued resource among candidates looking to advance their careers. Sheetal has worked in three different countries with companies including Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Montgomery Professional Services, Urpan Tech and Deutsche Post DHL.

Jim has enjoyed a 30-year career in media, ranging from traditional print, where he held various sales and sales management positions, to being part of the start-up management team at AutoTrader.com. Jim helped grow the company from a startup in 1998 to a $600M company at the time of his departure in 2005. Jim has also held senior management positions with the Chicago Sun-Times, McClatchy and Morris Communications concentrating on new ventures.

Lauren is a multi-talented professional who applies her artistic skills and branding knowledge to create unique designs for clients. She is as adept at clever copywriting as she is with high-end creative design. Before joining AMF, Lauren worked as creative director for Vibrant Branding, where she oversaw branding for hundreds of Real Estate sector clients. As a senior graphic designer at Chrisad, she spearheaded the overhaul of the company’s business-to-business messaging, including all print and digital materials and website redesign.

Vintage is CEO of AMF Media Group, one of the fastest-growing boutique marketing firms in the nation. Since founding AMF in 2007 in San Ramon, he has opened additional offices in San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas and in early 2019, Vancouver. Brenda develops and executes top-notch strategic marketing campaigns for leading brands. Her extensive experience includes work with national brands such as Safeway – where she played a vital role in the rebranding campaign “Ingredients for Life” and led their consumer marketing and communications programs – and Procter & Gamble, Crayola, R.J. Reynolds, Jamba Juice, and Shape magazine.

LARRY HANCOCK 

Market President, Northern California

Larry has nearly two decades of brand experience, having created and implemented highly profitable marketing programs for national, regional and retail clients. He’s done so through integrated marketing channels including traditional, digital, direct, experiential and promotions. His client portfolio includes such brands as Bank of America, Cingular, Disney, Frito-Lay, GM and Pacific Bell. Prior to joining AMF, Larry was with OTR Consulting and served as Group Account Director for Carol H. Williams Advertising. He was the youngest SVP in the Williams agency’s history.

OSHI JAUCO 

Brand & Production Services Director

Oshi has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. She believes in working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their visions come to life. Her engaging creative work, from brochures and one-sheets to events and video, has earned her several Addy Awards and Summit Awards. During her time with Children Now, she produced an anti-violence campaign launched at the White House. She has worked with clients such as the Transamerica Pyramid Center, Signature Properties, KB Homes and Cost Plus World Market, where her direct mail campaign resulted in a six percent ROI.

Mike Libunao

Junior Editor / Junior Producer

Mike is a video editor and producer with a deep background in branding videos for digital platforms. He works with clients to identify brand values and objectives to create story-centric videos from conception to completion. He has worked with clients who service a variety of industries from health care to cybersecurity with a portfolio that includes Doximity, Cyber Adapt and Vistatec. His attention to detail comes from his prior career as a software quality assurance professional. 

JOE LOPEZ 

Creative Director

Joe has built a reputation of award-winning creativity in a 20-year professional career that’s led him to some of the nation’s largest agencies, including BBDO, FCB and Doner Company. Along the way, he has let his results tell the tale – like his California initiative for RAM trucks that propelled a 55 percent jump in sales. A national truck month campaign for the same brand produced a 45 percent jump in sales. And his work on EA’s Battlefield 4 video game produced 30 million online views. Joe’s work has been profiled in national publications including Advertising Age and Car and Driver among others.

KYLE MCGUIRE 

Account Supervisor, PR

Kyle has deep experience in media relations and developing contributed content. His role at AMF also includes executing public relations strategies, executive messaging and employee communications. Ultimately, he shapes clients’ stories to meet their business objectives. Kyle has worked with a diverse lineup of clients including Alameda Health System, Kern Medical, Good Samaritan Hospital, the city of Concord, AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah and Sega.

HEATHER MCKINNEY

Account Supervisor, PR / Managing Editor

Heather has more than a decade of marketing communications experience. She has most recently served as the associate editor for 110° Magazine in East Contra Costa County. In addition, she has held positions as copy editor for a lifestyle magazine, media director for a legal firm, public relations specialist at the Society of Petroleum Engineers and media relations specialist at the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau. Heather has also served as a freelance PR and marketing consultant and held positions at several advertising agencies, with clients ranging from hospitality, restaurants and retail to sports and entertainment talent. Heather has been on both sides of the communications field, as a journalist and a public relations professional, which gives her a unique industry perspective. 

Emily Meyer

Senior Talent Manager

Emily brings forward nearly two decades of experience recruiting top talent in a multitude of industries including consulting, accounting, operations, technology and advertising at companies such as Armanino, Deloitte, Protiviti and AMF Media Group. Emily delights in taking a proactive and consultative approach, building relationships and trust across her client and candidate groups. Emily is a results-oriented talent leader and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach.

ROBERT MOORING

Video Lead

Robert’s varied background includes work as a writer, editor and producer. He has used his skills as a filmmaker, climber, and backcountry skier all over the world. His projects include the giant-screen IMAX film “Cuba,” “Yosemite Wild,” “San Francisco Flow” for Samsung and Sony, and the 3-D rock-climbing short “Blade Walker” for NBC Universal. He holds BA degrees in Philosophy and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley and was a Regents Scholar.

Marlena Muro

Senior Account Executive

Marlena joined AMF following nearly seven years with The Tribune, where she most recently served as client success and digital marketing strategist. She is responsible for assessing client’s needs and formulating the most effective and creative ways to market their brand and services. She is skilled at trafficking campaigns across a variety of digital vendors, monitoring and making optimizations when needed to ensure a campaign’s ultimate success. Marlena has worked with organizations in almost every industry, from Cal Poly to the San Luis Obispo Airport.

Amanda Mussio

Digital Campaign Manager

Amanda develops and executes digital campaigns for leading brands, including all campaign strategy, implementation, optimizations, budget management and reporting. Her experience includes work with clients spanning post-secondary institutions, car dealerships, real estate developers and tourism boards. Amanda holds several Google and Facebook certifications.

CAITIE NOLAN 

Director of PR and Content

Caitie creates public relations, internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategies that maximize reputation and brand awareness for clients. She joined AMF from MSLGROUP, where she led account teams for national health brands such as Breg, First Databank, GE Healthcare, Bard Peripheral Vascular and Heathline. She advises clients using a holistic approach that includes media relations, social media, owned content, events and thought leadership opportunities. Caitie was named to PR News’ Rising Stars 30 & Under list in 2017.

MARRISA NUNEZ

Account Executive

Marrisa’s extensive experience in customer service allows her to specialize in working with clients and vendors to assure smooth transactions in billing, invoicing and delivery of services. Prior to joining AMF, she worked at Heritage Oaks Bank as an eBanking senior representative, and at a local manufacturing company, where she led the procurement team.

Yunjoo Park

Senior Graphic Designer

Yunjoo is a capable senior UI/UX graphic designer with more than fourteen years of experience creating interactive web designs, wireframes, mockups, web graphics and code for the web. Prior to joining AMF, she worked as a senior designer for KOTRA Silicon Valley, Shinhan Bank of Canada and SF Design Bank, where she focused on designing web sites that are accessibility compliant and developing HTML and CSS for government projects in South Korea.

Robin Parker

Administration and Finance Coordinator

Robin joins AMF Media Group with an extensive background in sales for both the radio and financial services industries. In her previous role at Newcap Radio, she contributed to the development of strategic business plans and worked to maintain and strengthen client relations in the Western Canadian territory. Robin serves as the Administration and Finance Coordinator at AMF Vancouver, where she is responsible for all office operations and procedures.

KERRI PARRIS-BROWN

Finance Manager

Kerri has extensive experience in managing financials, administration and human resources, with a particular specialty in financial reporting and budgeting. Her interest in finance goes back to high school, when she serendipitously landed a job at a software accounting firm. Kerri’s curiosity has also turned her into a world traveler, with many stops throughout Europe and across most of the 50 states.

Cayla Peterson

Business Development Coordinator

As Business Development Coordinator, Cayla creates unique content targeted at reaching a variety of businesses, manages lead generation campaigns and measures sales funnel activity. Cayla joins AMF having previously served as a writer for The Daily Nexus and reporter at KCSB News. A North Carolina native, she enjoys traveling and catching up on the latest edition of her favorite magazines.

Vice President of Digital Strategy

Chris comes with more than 20 years of media sales and marketing experience, with a long-term focus on digital. He was one of the initial graduates of The University of British Columbia’s “Certificate in Internet Marketing Program,” the first university-accredited digital education program in the world. Chris is a veteran to the online space and brings exceptional experience and insight to client campaigns based on how humans use the web. He is involved in client strategy and optimization efforts for all client digital campaigns.

As account coordinator, Danielle supports the City of Concord, FivePoint, Cristo Rey De La Salle and California Bank of Commerce with their public relations and social media needs. Previously Danielle helped manage several social media accounts for notable names in fashion, travel and live-television broadcast. Danielle’s most notable social media experience was when she had the opportunity to travel to Cape Town, South Africa and work as an international social media strategist. 

Val Vaz

Director of Account Services

Val leads business development and supports client strategy for Central Coast accounts. She has more than 20 years of experience in digital and traditional sales, management and marketing. As vice president of advertising for The Tribune, she expanded the distribution footprints of several magazines and led digital initiatives. And as general manager, she managed the P&L for one of the area’s most important media outlets. Previously, she held advertising leadership positions with The Fresno Bee and The Modesto Bee. Val is a graduate of Leadership San Luis Obispo Class 25. 

CHIP VISCI

Senior Strategist

Chip draws on his extensive journalism career to tell stories in clear, credible and appealing ways. He worked on several award-winning news teams before becoming vice president/operations for Knight Ridder, where his duties also included investor relations communications and speechwriting for senior executives. He also served as publisher of the San Jose Mercury News and The Tribune in San Luis Obispo County. Before joining AMF, he served as communications director and speechwriter for the Office of the President at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Account Supervisor

Shonima brings more than a decade of experience in marketing management for a variety of industry verticals, from household consumer products and finance to health care and pharmaceuticals. Her range of expertise runs deep across strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, consumer research, creative production, analytics and website and mobile application development. Before joining AMF, Shonima led teams at H&L Partners and Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where she worked with heavy hitters such as University of Southern California, Keck Medicine of USC, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Adobe, HP, PepsiCo, Chevrolet and Frito-Lay.
