Situation
Skaha Hills, a master-planned community in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, offers potential buyers an incredible amount of value, luxury and vacation style living — but developers were faced with a highly competitive British Columbia real estate market. They sought to quickly raise awareness of the project among those looking to purchase a new home and drive qualified leads.
Approach
AMF Media Group developed the marketing engine from scratch, combining creativity and campaign strategy including both digital and offline (traditional) placements.
Outcome
AMF generated over 1,000 registrations, selling out Phase I and II of the development and creating a waitlist for Phase III. 19 homes sold on opening day, 47 homes sold within the first two months and subsequent conversions grew by 700. Overall cost per acquisition declined as the campaign became more efficient.
