As President of AMF’s Team Services, Shandy leads a powerful team that includes a network of 2,000+ marketing and communication consulting experts. Shandy has a passion for building strategic solutions for corporate clients and connecting them with amazing marketing and communications contractors.

Growing up in Asia and traveling with her family, Shandy first experienced the exceptional customer service that inspired her career. Her professional journey began in the boutique hospitality industry, and she later became an entrepreneur building a contractor compliance and payroll company for tech firms. Shandy’s experience also includes executive recruiting which sparked her newfound passion for marketing and communications. Shandy’s combined experience and long-time friendship with René made her ideally suited to lead Team Services as president for more than 12 years.
